Good try but do you know why it cant work?
Its because the temperature difference between the radiator and water is too close. It can work on the CPU because the CPU runs very hot(>80C or more if not properly cooled) Your best bet now is to try the peltier. Its a thermal electric device that has a cold and hot junction. |

what if,i mean what if i place a TEM on the radiator,maybe it will work ah,saw bro saline did his DIY TEM very temptimg to do one
