Transportation is a must if you wan to keep fish in rented pond in ST. If not prepare to walk.
ST 96 should be quite safe as the landlord stays there and there are cctv installed. Water is free...eletricity is chargeable by meter readings. |

ST area - my friend also rented a pond there ..but I cannot remember the actual number.
My pond which I rent is at LCK area. $250 per month (everything inclusive) Water cleaning, electricity , food (landlord prepare the food - fishes/octopus/all mixed - healthy diet), if fish fight, landlord will separate them. They have a few professional long-term staffs Indians working there and sleep there - so no break-in. If aro breed, they provide the tanks and ensure infants aro are taken care of. All aros are tag and documented when aro brought there - so there is no complains, etc Pond area has both concrete floor or mud. Walking area is concrete. As for $250 which others say that can buy insurance, etc ..I agreed. But I have a partner who co-share with me. And I visit the pond once a month to pay rental. Out-sourcing is good ! Don't keep too many tanks at home. |

ST96 if you intend to keep aros, those 3ft depth one starting from around $250 per month exclude electrical. Usually if you just keep the aros in pond only, the electri bill should not be too high as u only need some pump and maybe a mini fridge.unless u intend to have fish tank in it then the bill can cost much more as ST96 electric rate is double of the normal rate. |
