For me as long there is "soft flesh" fruits available at home I will feed it to my PNT otherwise I will feed it Hikari turtle food sticks.

About a foot in SCL aka shell length. What is its diet?

only a 1 ft? no wonder growth is sooo slow

Big lo they are round leh not flat like fish leh... Plus they need a big bug place to swim leh. How big is the pond?

Their max size is 23" SCL. Growth rate is ~1-2"/year on average. Some may be faster in certain cases.

Pond is 5x3x2 ft
