finally managed to snap shots of my fat mama cherry shrimp..she looks very cute carrying alot of eggs.

congrats .... soon you'll be very busy with the little shrimps in the tank.


i dun see any of my cherry with eggs , but the next day... i found little shirimplets swimming around tank. i hurry turn off the filter but its too late ... i found many little bodies in the filter ... very sad case ....

168km/h, how come busy with shrimplets leh? If the tank is properly setup, having shrimplets or not, doesn't really make the hobbyist any more busy isn't it?

Did fellow bros advise you to wrap up your filter intake? You didn't do it? If you ignored it, and than found minced shrimplets in your filter, you are kind of not being responsible isn't it?

To me, during setup, I make sure the intake is wrap, even if I've yet to have shrimps in the tank (cycling period). Adding or making changes after shrimps are in the tank, is much more effort. I just introduced a small canister into my small tank recently, and e efforts are more than if I were to do it in the first place.
