What happened? How long have they been in the tank before wiping out?

hi guys did not notice that the filter full of dirt and it kinda block the water flow causing little water to be filter and i also notice the tank suddenl very dirty but i will sort out the problem now starting with 2 shrimp then slowing increase hope to regain the amount of shrimp that were lost
