Fungal infection? For fungal infection, usually basking them under the sun for ~30 minutes daily will help. Otherwise, a pic of the condition will be good to determine what it is suffering from.

I try to put some recent pics up tonight. So far, only some members have seen his condition and progress through me.

As for where he comes from, I'd like to keep it confidential. But I believe those who can recognise him will know. Anyway, I was informed of his plight by a fellow member.
