Default Turtle blister on shell

Hi all,

Recently I found something that looks like those blister bubbles when you get scalded on my PNT's shell. My husband say it's due to the heater in the tank but I doubt it because I have heater in the tank for years and never see anything like that. One of the bubble sorta burst and it looks like a small open wound, so I put some betadine on it and added abit melafix into the tank. Turtle didnt seem sick, still active and good appetite but just wanted to ask if anything experienced something like that before?

Thanx

A pic will help diagnose the exact illness. Could be an infection that cause a cyst or fungus.

I miss my PNT... gave it up when i shifted house...

when i got it, it was so tiny... it could fit in the palm of my hands... and when i had to give it up... i need two hands to carry it out of the tank.

Memories...

It does eat the small fish, the are feeders by the way. But the problem is the the small fish is far more agile then lithe PNT. So far the fish has minimal casualties. Hahaha.
