For me I will try put some feeder fish in the tank cos smaller fish will make the aro more stable and lights on 24/7 is better when haven new fish in the tank .

I tried that last night, he tried to bite some of the small fish, but seem very unwillingly, and only ate like 2 out of all, the rest then made their way to the sump tank, haha.

Lower for how long? Cause then my sump won't be able to function, is that alright? Will do that if 20%WC doesn't help.
It's swimming posture is really weird, and it doesn't eat, and is not afraid of anything. I put my face right in front of him, he also don't give a damn. Not used to the tank yet? |

For me to calm aro in new tanks, KP leaves might helps. For small aros, i think water level should be low and adjust according as it grows.
