If it was due to chlorine attack, usually able to see tell tale sign like white coating inside the gills.....

I'm not sure what an arowana gill color looks like, but compared to market fish, it does not looked as reddish though.

Just wondering whether the cause was due to feeding of aro with live feeders. Possible bad batch or infected feeders?
