i'm oso using 32hf as return. hav the same tots as u but 2 tee off 2 chiller, i either hav 2 install a external temp probe or direct the outlet 2 the main tk.

how to t-off to the chiller? i mean how to know the flowrate? im thinking of t-off to my chiller but worry the flowrate isnt correct.

install a valve and "aga aga" lah ...

I let the chiller return back to my sump, near the 32HF... so far so good ....
Anyway the amount of volume going back to main tank will always be greater than the volume going to chiller...

with 5700 liters @ 4ft minus 1000 liters for FR & Chiller, that's about 4700l/h for a tank of 3 x 1.5 x 2ft H (~250 liters) , the filter rate is almost 18x... Do you think the temp will be slightly diff fr the sump ?

Did a measurement with the rio20HF driving my beckett .. only 0.14A or max 33.6watts
