Spray a bit of soapy water on the tank and some on the sticky side of the oyama paper itself, then slowly push the bubbles out to the bottom or sides of the tank.

I dunnoe what type of fish you have. But I m using body shampoo mix with water. Even few drop into my tank water fish still ok
