We use glass in winter also. In Summer, we use Stainless steel net. Can you find it in your country?

Suggestion for TS.
Don't drill too many holes for the glass cover. You can glue 'legs' to the 4 corners of the glass cover. Buy those rubber stopper (about 1 cm tall type) and glue them to the glass cover. By raising the glass cover a little, there will be sufficient ventilation. |
