Bro, the main cause to curved gills: Water parameters.

Sry to say, all these issues boil down to your water.

The other issues can be solved easily by maintaining good water.

As for the gill curve, it had reached the hard gill area, so, u have to accept what the fish is of now. Almost impossible to heal a gill curve affecting hard area.
