Can't put picture into gallery

I can't seem to upload my arowana's picture into my account's gallery. Everytime I try, the system will say that my picture is not vaild. The picture is in jpg format. What's wrong? Please help me. Thanks

My picture is 2MB. But how to reduce the size of my picture?

If i remember correctly, the max size is about 2mb.
