Default Shrimp Project return 2015

Hi all, after 2 years hiatus for work and new home, i present you my new project!

Dimension is 4 x 1.5 x 1.2 ft for the top,centre partition tank and 2 x 1.5 x 1.2 ft for the bottom tank.

Top tank will be chilled by 2 X marine grade stainless steel pipe.

Bottom tank will be the holding tank for chilled water.

Moveable Undergravel Filter 20 x 20 x 30cm with 1 litre of Ehiem Subtract media and topped up with 2.5 litres of ADA aquasoil each.

Filling up!

added BT 9, Ototto PSB Bactria and old sea mud. waiting for it to clear!

water is crystal clear now. haven't check the water parameter yet.

1 week of cycling and the pH is between 5.6-5.8. looking good!
tap water pH is at 7.2.

SS pipe connected and added 20 snow whites in to test water for each tank yesterday. pH 5.3, Gh 1, NO3 0 and temp maintained at 26°C
so far no casualty.

Snow Whites, 1 just molted.

Day 23 since setup, day 9 since the commando snow whites are in the tank. all commandos surviving well. pH 5.3, gH 1, NO3 0, temp 26°C
