Hi all, My ikola is have a balloon like stomache for quite some time is it bloat? |

Once a day i also feed frozen blood worm, but the trophs i feed very little.

I would not suggest feeding frozen bloodworms or other high protein food.
Mysis shrimp is okay though Best is reputable food such as ocean nutrition flakes and pellets, NLS, Cichlid excel, etc

IMHO, tropheus very prone to bloat, thus NOT an easy fish to keep. Also, feeding a tank with Tropheus inside must be controlled and regulated....cannot feed too much at all (maybe 2 small meals daily max), even though they will consume all the food. Never, ever feed them bloodworms as super mod Johannes has mentioned.
