Ole's job is probably going to get even more difficult now that we are not in the CL as top players would not be drawn to teams not playing in the CL.
So, I believe it will take at least another couple of years for him to rebuild the team. For him to succeed, he must fulfil his promise...to be ruthless. He must get rid of all those players that are giving the team negative vibes (I know it is easily said then done, but he had kept repeating that he will be ruthless) The team's fitness is a massive issue. Just look at the amount of injuries we are having. Normally players who are not 101% fit tend to get injured more often. (Or we could just watch the video when AM was simply strolling around during training - such indifferent energy can be very contagious and if OGS does not address such sloppiness, then he is not going to get the respect of the team) Woody should just stay clear of "football" and leave these tasks to the manager and the to be employed DOF. This transfer window is certainly going to be very tricky. We may have the funds, but do we have the players ready to join us, knowing that this current team is in total disarray? The fans also play a great part. They should be patient and allow OGS to do the rebuild and not asking him to be replaced immediately. |

Ole alone will be overwhelmed. Sounds like not just a manger's job, but require a whole backend team, such as trainers, scouts etc. He has to build the backend team too.

just read that MC maybe kicked out of the CL next season due to FFP.
If that is the case, maybe we can sneak in if Arsenal wins the Europa Cup |

looks like we have to play the qualifying rounds for Europa, which will coincide with United's trip to Singapore.
Either we see the youngsters in action here or we see the youngsters in the qualifiers |

Angel Gomes feels another season at youth level isn’t what he needs to continue to evolve. He wants a bigger challenge and is taking approaches from PSG and other unnamed Portuguese and Spanish clubs very seriously. [A Bola]
