Default Nano tank in office

sorry about the poor picture

GEX glassterior300 tank
300mm x 200mm x 250mm

filter:
GEX slim hang on filter (m-size)

light:
forgot the brand,
some LED light with 48leds

fan:
dymax vortex8
water temp: 23-24°c

substrate bottom to top:
ada powersand
ada amazonia
ada amazonia (powder)

hardscape:
some rocks i bought from mainland
(smashed some into smaller pieces using a hammer)
"tree-like" driftwood from c328. (removed the nanas that comes with it)
some loose thin driftwood around the "tree" to act as roots

plants:
hairgrass
HM
hydrocotyle tripartita
xmas moss (on the driftwood)
xmas moss on mesh
fissiden moss on one of the "root" driftwood

still work in progress....
might add some mini pellia on rocks or mini fissiden on rocks...
would prefer to keep it lowtech, but probably going to add co2 injection...

Excellent stuff, Bro! Should look superb once the moss on the wood has grown out! I'm trying out something similar on my outdoor tank for my moss on bogwood. But only a simple version with moss on lava rocks and bogwood, bare tank floor?

thanks
but stil not really convinced. might still shift the rocks about.
add in / remove some maybe..
the mesh is actually taking up more space than i'd like.
wanted to plant more hairgrass but keep hitting the mesh when planting haha..

btw do u reckon i should inject co2
with the choice of plants i have?

pls share a pic of your setup too!
im contemplating doing a wabi-kusa setup next

Maybe before trying CO2 injection, can go with some excel dosing? Small amounts, just in case it causes algae bloom. Shifting the rocks around, to me is just icing on the scape. I quite like the general layout as it is. fissiden on rocks sounds good though. Not a big fan of mini pelia. Haha. Aiya, my experiment has no layout, just trying to grow moss on wood and rocks with natural sunlight, using ghost shrimps and red feeder fish as algae control. So far seems to be working, although I have to clean my tank glass weekly from all that green dust algae buildup. Moss is growing slowly, but nicely, hopefully in a couple of months time, will have something to show...

didnt really source for the wood.
initially i wanted to do an iwagumi setup
and i got the rocks for the formation already.

last minute changed my mind to do a "tree" scape.
after i saw this driftwood with nanas tied to it, hanging outside C328

the "roots" around it i pick up from scraps or broken off pieces
at NA.

hope that helps
