This fish do not look like a 2 year old. Head and body growth is no good and I guess water was not well maintained. Color, tail and it's size is ok thou.

Yup. I actually didn't maintain it well for the last 1 year as I actually wanted to give up this hobby but I'm back again. Any idea what I should do to groom it further? Or issit too late? Advice pls.
