Nice DIY bro.

Care to share the necessary procedures?

Once I had almost the same as yours many years ago, but it was purchased from a Serangoon hardware shop. Thru my observation, the gap between the 2 joined boxes is narrow and this gives a stable hang on.

Wow, very good workmanship!! Must have taken a lot of time to fabricate it.

So this unit actually hangs outside the tank? Any picture of how you install onto the tank?

Thanks for sharing your nice work

By the way, how much does it cost you and how long does it take to fabricate it so nicely.

Yes...it taken quite sometime to cut and stick.
Those arcrylics previously in my store. Cost wise i m not too sure.....
U can always request those arcrylic shop to cut for you the size u want.

It is hang on the tank just like a hang on filter.
Refer to this thread where i initially setup my tank and many more pictures.

Here's the overflow box for my 2ft cube. It is quite big.
It can take the eheim 1262 flow rate 3400L/H without problem.
( Helmet just for the comparison )

Thanks for your post. Looks quite big though. By the way what is the tube on the top of the unit meant for?
