Mai rub salt lah. Heartache now. Should have trsf them out earlier.
But then all other time I WC with same anti chlorine but at that time I use another brand.

those keeping hypans with substrates, do you get lots of detritus worms?

I just realised I have more than 1k of detritus worms wiggling under the substrate. Some even "swimming"

Have you tried keeping a school of tetras with your hypans?

My rummy noses cleared up left over food, worms and they are a good water parameter indicator.

I got 2x cardinal tetras inside but i have never seen them feeding from the bottom..

Keep a few pcs of tetra.
My tanks have them and denisonii barbs, helps a lot.
