Plant ID please

hi senior bros here.

can someone please help me ID what is the plant in my attached picture? Those circled in red.

like it very much, but when I took it out to plant in my substrate, I noticed there are no roots. Dunno if it can survive.

Also the branches are very straight and it tends to float away. Any ideas how I can secure it down?

Gujing should have root.

Can anyone help me to ID the plant on the bridge?

Having them for 2 weeks and some start to fall off. I am using LED lights, is it too weak for it? water temp is 24

I need help identifying this so-called 'root-less gujing' too... Anyone has the name and requirements for them?
