Your water perimeter is bad so EBH have air bubble in eyes.. You need to change water 50% and wash your filter media if the air bubble stay for too long than the eyes go blind..

Same thing happened to me. Advice I received was to increase frequency of water change and clear filter wools. So I did 50% wc avery alternate day and cleaned up all the wools. Cleared in a week. EBH is fine now. Also reduced the bio-load in my tank significantly.

thanks, is ebh growth rate fast? my 6ft tank is too empty only 1 aro inside. want pump them fast and throw them inside

With enough space, good food and water, they can grow pretty fast...suggest you get at least 2 to 3inches if you want to comm with yr aro...

Also depend on the size of your aro. if its <13" should be fine; otherwise the mini ebh might be your aro food....
