last night had a brief comm session for the pair. the girl was quite weak in swimming in a "deep" tank. seems like she have problem controlling her rear flippers. sometimes like "struggling" with the rear flippers. for ard 10 mins both of them just ignore/swim past each other.
then suddenly...the GIRL ATTACKED the boy. i immediately separate them. the boy only suffer a minor scratch on his shell. |

Hi, it is not wise to comm a PNT with another of the similar species or another turtle with soft shell. PNTs are extremely agressive towards one another. Never NEver mix them......
By the way, good that ur PNT eat apple... mine only willingly to eat pellet. |

Poor girl has been attacked too often liao, need time to un-learn and re-learn how to live peacefully with others. Give her some time, throw her in for a while now and den... attack nia remove, i'm sure she'll learn sooner or later. Quote:
