The smaller models of the arctica chillers are below 2k. The model quoted to me, was the largest of the aquarium series. So thats why price so high. And cooling a 6 feet tank ah no joke... hee. |

yah.. MHs can boil water. I am using 1 x 250watt MH and 2 x 150 watt MHs for my 6x2x2. So hot hot hot.

did that. they reccomended me a 1/4hp chiller (Model DBE-200). but was thinking if i ever upgrade to a marine tank. will this chiller be able to handle the work load. well considering the sump, the skimmer, the extra pumps here and there...
