Wah Swee leh i like the 3rd 1. Bro how come my 1 grow so slow? how long rancuh take to grow like yours?

If you want to make them black, it is very easy. Unfortunately you are not keen in competing.

It has grown considerably and has bulked up since I last saw it. It didn't cost alot as well.

The picture on the left does not do it enough justice in terms of how much it has grown.

Definitely one of my proud moments in rearing juvenile and inexpensive fish.

Nope...no greenwater...just lots of algae...too much infact, that some had dislodged and are free floating now.

After seeing the development of the blackie, I am considering taking part in the next comp so will need your advice then.

Alot of factors go into the growth of fish, most importantly its aqueos environment. Ensure that your fish have lots of room to grow.

Also, choose the right fish.

the place where I house the fish uses a drip system, where water is drained away whilst it is also continuously dripped into it. Otherwise the only filtration I have is a sponge filter.
