Default Confirmed working male discus not interested to fertilize eggs...

I have a confirm working pair of discus that I decided to breed again after 10 month of hiatus.
The same female has laid eggs five times without the male fertilizing...
The male is chasing the female during the mating rituals but not doing anything when she's spawning.
Any idea what's going on?
Thank you.

To add on additional info.
I did change another working female, same results.
Female laying eggs but male swimming around, not fertilizing the eggs...

Thanks for your advice.
I normally put two females to force the male.
Next time I'll try your method.
