well, if you can get a reactor, or DIY, or find another method to make CO2 fully dissolve into the water, it will be good as well.

second that. cus you might not be able to get the desired amount of co2 release on even with markings on, fluctuating co2 input can caused algae problems without achieving a balance with the alrdy constant input of light.
