1. stop feeding.
2. sound like dropsy(can get medication from LFS) and internal bacterial infection or just salt 0.5%. cause: FBW fouls the water quite fast, so dun feed too much....if they do recover, feed pellets, FBW maybe once in the morning. a case of poor water quality. Quote:

If fbw is their staple diet or a dominant food, the internal infection could come from the poorly treated fbw (i.e weak UV treatment) .. one area to look into IMO.

yes FBW is their main food. Normally I will defroze the worm in a small container of water..then once defroze, I will pour everything..inclusive of water into the tank.

not about how it is fed to fish bro leo-lim, is about how well the fbw was treated/UVed/sterilized before they pack them up...

over feeding with FBW is the issue...I think...btw are these still under quarantine? basically a water quality issue...over feed pellets also can lead to poor water quality.
