General sharpness is there.

Subject a little under-exposed. Need to work on the composition.

Care to share your gear & set up ?

Seems like I need to increase the output of my flash, any further details with regards to the composition?
Gear is Canon 600D body with Canon 100mm F2.8L handheld, YN568EX flash on top of tank.

Thanks for commenting bro!

Pix 1) If you plan to shoot macro, I think cropped tighter will look better.
Pix 2) Should avoid having those cory in the image.

Single flash ? if so, try to get one more for more even exposure.

Do watch out for color cast. eg. blueish tin on the subject. But I guess you can't help it in this case due to bare bottom tank.

I did not crop the pic bro, will try doing it later.

Hard to avoid the cories bro as I have ard 30pcs in the same tank...paiseh..

Yup, single flash, will need to get another trigmaster receiver before I can add in another flash.

Ya, the bluish tint I believe is due to the blue base of my tank.

Thanks for the detail breakdown bro, really appreciated.
