Need to spend on movers, renovations, change in routine, newer developments more claustrophobic as common land area usually fully utilised.

This sort of Enbloc is a windfall. Simple calculation, take 2mil, use 1mil for new housing, keep 1mil for other purposes like retirement or venture. A life time chance not everyone has.

Eunosville...That place shiok....House 3+1. Size 1700sqft. Master bedroom can build a walk in wardrobe. Eunos MRT across rd. Direct access to PIE from Eunos n ECP from Still Rd. 24hrs coffeeshop walking distance left, right. 3 wet market walking distance. Geylang stone throw away. Shopping centres nearby-Parkway Parade, Katong, 1KM, SingPost n 2 more shopping centres coming up. Not to mention last time luohan craze..fish shop lined up along Changi rd nearby.
