Thanks Sunday, the sand can be found from Aquaone.
Yup took me a few tries with other substrate before i found this sand that was appropriate for my set up

The gravel i'm unsure of the brand but it can be found at Aquaone.
It's very similar to Europet's white sand except it's colour.
