CR7 very unhappy when being sub
HM and MR in, CR7 and MG off
Bringing in HM is hopefully to prevent a repeat at Villa

3-0 MR scored the all important
Very good build up again this time by SM from almost the half way line with a good pass to BF to feed MR to smash the ball to the back of the net
We then see Rangnick, apparently trying to console CR7

A completely different team performance in the 2nd half. First half SM and Fred were shit but now they are credited for 2 goals
But overall DDG kept us in the game in the first half

A silly goal to concede. 3-1 now
That was why I mentioned the "all important" 3rd goal to calm the nerves

Once again a game of 2 halves, fortunately a good 2nd half that won us the game. To me DDG was the MOTM for his saves in the 1st half
The backline were pretty solid with Varane playing a commanding role but the midfield was totally non existent in the first half but picked up in the 2nd

A fortunate win. Dalot and McTom were good.
The latter bossed the midfield in the 2nd half.

We are Playing more and more like our national team.
Good for one half only just that we don't which half

1st half was poor with De Gea making saves to keep the score at 0-0.

Play improved in the 2nd half and Elanga took his goal nicely. Fernandes' attempted chip over the keeper at the end was poor and he could have scored t make it 4-1.

Hope McTominay is not injured as he was substituted.

Man Utd XI: De Gea, Maguire, Ronaldo, Greenwood, Fred, Fernandes, Varane, Dalot, Telles, Elanga, McTominay.

Subs: Henderson, Jones, Mata, Martial, Rashford, Lingard, Cavani, Matic, Van de Beek.

We had been unable to take advantage of West Ham's poor play so far.
In fact both teams are lacking in creativity. Our best chance was the call for a penalty on CR7 but ref waved it off. Altho slow motion suggest it was a close call

Our strikers all left their shooting boots at home
Out of 14 attempts only Fred had a good attempt at goal

MR won the game for us with almost the last kick of the match.
The introduction of AM made the difference. He created a very good move for EC to pass to MR to simply do a tap in for the winning goal
Who cares 3 points in the bag
