so sorry. was editing the post.

Comments are welcome.

Setup:
1. 1.5 ft tank in airconditioned office. Tank was purchased from a bro here.
2. Plants: windelov fern, java fern, medium size anubias, and some unknown moss.
3. currently just got the fishes. 10 cardinal, 10 black tetras, 3 albino cories and 10 serpae tetras
4. had cycled the tank with some guppy culls with 3 of my self bred g2 male wild guppies. (had gotten g1 from the drain).

have only a sponge filter set up.
trying to go as natural as possible.

Bro, IMHO, you might want to remove/shift some of the plants, as it covered the lighting of the whole tank and perhaps using OHF as one solution for your filtration system.
As mentioned by the bro here, your tank is over-populated. You will see some dead fishes in a short period.

The tank is small and the plant are big. The proportion is somewhere incorrect.
