Me Me Me. I mix my own heart meals too!
I ordered pre blended pork heart. Use a cake mixer mix in the extra ingredients and freeze it in zip lock bags. |

I believe beef heart is quite hard to get. Pork heart are easier.
Can you guys share what brand of vitamin and coloring and where can I buy them to include into the mix? |

No particular reason, you can put anything you feel like adding in. No right or wrong, play around with your own formulations. I like carrot's orange colour so I always add carrots.
