My GoldFish died!
My goldfish died today. It was suffering badly as all of its fins are gone due to infection. I put it in a small bowl with a huge ice block.

I put the gf in a small bowl with a huge ice block so that the temp will drop close to 0 degree. This is to ensure that the gf will eventually go inro hibernation and then die painlessly.

Fish Death
It is such a painful sight to see the little ones suffer like that. I have some feeder fish that get ich, and it is a nightmare to look at. I know how you feel, but there is really not much anyone can do, they're so small and difficult to help.

Sorry to hear such a thing.....
I agree with Aaron, it's hard to watch when you go to a store and you see the tanks with all the feeder goldfish. You can see that alot of them are very ill, some deformed, missing fins, it is really disappointing to see. |
