My L25 kena this before. All the fins were like the condition shown in your picture. For my case, the fins gets "eaten away" by the days. I ended up snipping away the affected portions to allow the fins to regrow.

IMHO, it is most probably fin rot due to water condition.
Please do freq WC and add in some salt for a few days..

your aro still not so big, should recover quite fast..

Thanks all for the help the fin still the same not much improvement . water chabge almost every 2 day add salt no improvement , was told by 1 of lfs to wash all media still thinking.

Hmm...try this bro vti_eg9,

Bacterial disease destroys fish tissue. MELAFIX, heals open wounds abrasions, treats fin and tail rot, eye cloud, mouth fungus and promotes re-growth of damaged fin rays & tissue. Will not adversely affect the biological filter, alter the pH, or discolor water. Safe for reef aquariums and live plants. For use in fresh or salt water aquariums.
