Default GH need advised

Recently I just got a pair of Ghxb,
When it was young it had 70-80% GH but was kept in a pond..
After a year all the gh drop..
Just wondering will the gh come back, after wtt? Now they're 3 yrs old.

GH very important to you?
I think its a hassle to set up a FGT and re-wtt them again.... And there is no guarantee the GH will come back.

I bought 4 GH (including one GH FFL) and kept them in a black tank, after some time all GH disappear.....but to me its ok.

I think so too.... But heard from some bro. That if I keep them in a fully covered white fgt with white light on 24/7 and cover the top with a white sheet of arcrylic may come back after a year..

Important? Not really.. Just find it a waste that it had 80% gh a year ago and now almost all gone.. Haha yeah I think it such an hassle to set up another fgt and seems like it will take very long and it's almost not confirmed that it will come back.. Furthermore I prefer XB in black tank. Thanks
