heres what i learnt from a recent convo with luke roebuck. moscow blacks came from very dark purple moscows which are usually culls. it was further developed and improved in asia. thus its not surprising to see faint tints of blue after several gens of inbreeding. to maintain its color, you will need several lines to outcross to from time to time

Brother, seem like you know a very key point in getting better black colour. This is not known by many full black guppy player. Care to share what are the features of the female we should loook out for.
