now i know, next election i will bring colour pencils and take my time to draw at the ballot paper.... must practice to draw within the square or rectangle..

If that is the real situation happening, I wonder how many votes went to the PAP when it suppose to be considered as rejected votes.
Hundreds or maybe even thousands? |

They should exercise common sense, scolding a party is obviously not voting for them. If the scolding is for opposition instead of PAP will it be counted too? Any way, scolding should generally be targeted at PAP I supposed.

I believe the counting agent representing the opp can raise objection to those in doubts. Got to be fair mah...
