At least for so many years he had been fighting for his party, but end up he is declared bankrupted, kena jail and he still kept on fighting, is it for himself?? i mean if any ordinary Singaporean do u think u got the courage like him to stand against the government? I respect this guy although i may disaagree with some of his doing but i truly believe he is fighting for something, which i dont think is personal gain. if he is here in my GRC, i will vote for him.

bro, funny and disrespecting him are 2 different things. i find his hokkien
funny becos we know la, he's ang moh pai. likewise, i also find LSL and
GCT hokkien funny too.

as for respecting, i think i can only respect his guts. those issues that he
has mentioned are not new to us and his approach to fight on those issues
is too lame as far as a good opposition figure is concerned. remember how
he was sued by the LEEs and GOH? how Chee was also scolded as a hooligan
for shouting in public during a walkabout by LKY?

i wouldn't settle for anybody that is incapable even to manage his own
party's issue, i can't convince myself he is fit to use his right frame of mind
to settle our national issues just becos i'm desperately want opposition to
win.

if is chee or PAP, i wouldn't risk my family's future for the CHEE.

So far had PAP given solution to fight high cost of living? is them who invite foreigner in to make the cost of living much higher!!! Solutions can be found, but we got to give them chance to work on it, but if the chance is given to PAP, u think they even bother to find the solutions? the ANSWER IS A BIG NO!! they will find ways to exploit the people by justifying to you that higher paid to minister is a must coz they need good people to find solutions, they need to increase your tax to find a solutions they need foreigners to create more jobs for u, foreigner is a must becoz we need them to provide next gen to go NS to protect us.
