Probably is business as usual and nobody is alarm and no panic situation. They could be thinking situation could be worst if customer got held hostage, just like what happened in other country, and this foreigner could be terrorist. The bank officer should be applauded.

The bank did not deploy any armed security guard. So the staff was trained to hand over the money? & no weapon was seen in the whole event. One would think that the bank would be a safe place to put money in right? & that if one even step in with sunglasses or full face helmet the armed security guard will ask you to take them off, to the extent. Nowdadays even MRT, airport, Orchard road also got police, SAF patrolling. I find it strange that a bank would not have an armed Certis Cisco or AETOS guard. |
