haha.. of cos buy 2nd hand de la.. so much cheaper.. wat crays should i keep in the 2fts.. if seperated wat species.. if not seperated wat species?? any suggestions? but i intend to keep this tank very very simple.. only sand and pvc pipes.. save cost.. gonna get a better filter.. maybe a small canister or an internal filter or an HOF or OHF.. which one cheaper.. more efficient.. easiest to maintain?? any suggestions.. lets build this tank together..

tank is 2 x 1 x 1 feet

no gravel = hard to move = i disagree
gravel give a nicer overall feel but its a lot easier to maintain without it

2 tray of OHF - 1st wool + japmat, 2nd coral chips + biohome

30% water change once every 2-3 weeks, siphon dirt, change wool

imo a lot easier to maintain than my marine tank lol

maybe my new tank just put a very thin of sand or gravel ba.. just enuff to cover the surface of the tank can le.. so will be easy to clean too.. oh.. so u nv touch the jap mats and CC and biohome de?? btw.. if i split the tank into 2.. the power head will be at one side only right.. like tt hor.. will the water cleanliness be uneven? like the side with the power head will be cleaner the other side w/o the powerhead dirtier?? if use other type of filter like HOF will encounter the same type of problems like one side cleaner den the other?
