Hi dude, not a veteran on this..

Melafix with abit of salt.. plus keeping the tank clean by siphoning out the sai working for me... if the water parameters are okay shouldn't be much difficulty. .

Then again must see yr fish la... under simi condition tio fin clamp lar... hm tio fin clamp take longer time to recover also...

Cheers man.

Fin clamp is essentially not a disease but rather a tell tale sign that something is wrong with the tank water quality. It could be poor water quality, a presence of excessive parasites, a change in PH or temperature or the Betta is under stressed. It is a clear indication that the Betta is trying to communicate physically that he is upset with the water parameters. The good news is that you have ample time to react before he get sicked with disease.

To rectify, personally I would do a partial water change about 50%. Add 1-2 drops of anti stress medication. In addition, I would cover the tank partially to create a shade for the Betta to take cover. U will notice the Betta will prefer to stay in a dark corner. This is to create a sense of security.

Fin clamp will take 3-4 days to recover and sometimes even 1-2 weeks. It is just about the Betta getting himself comfortable to the surroundings.
