Its depends wat type u wanna rear, topview or sideview, but yes generally speaking the are pui pui cute cute.

btw..heard fm my fren tt ranchu costs at least $100+ ah..is it true? sorry for my ignorance..coz i jux came to knew bout ranchu recently wen my fren told me..

i also heard fm my fren tt u ned at least a 2-feet tank to hv a ranchu..is it true?
coz my mum dun like pets n fishes at hm..if e tank is small stil can try to negotiate w her..if too big..she wun allow one..

You can start with the cheapo ranchu first, then progress to better quality ones when you have sme experience. My wife has been keeping 2 pcs of pearl scale in her office for more than a year now. Fish still going strong. Pm me if you want some tips on keeping your ranchu in a 2ft tank. Some market stall sells them for few dollars only.

I do not really follow bench mark of at least 2 feet , i think its how u keep the water condition ,if hav big tank ofcourse good better lah but how u filtrate more important.RanchuLover Bro hav good way heehee, by the way i hav 4 Ranchus in
a 2ft tank, hee hee hee...
