From the (future) hall

Viewing deck and waterfall basin.
Viewing deck is the raised part on the right. Underneath that is a 10 ton freshwater tank used for water change.

Covid hasn't been friendly to the timelines unfortunately.

On the bright side, my 2 new drum filters are finished and should be on a boat to Singapore soon. These fellows are originally intended for commercial aquaculture use like you would encounter in a highrise fish farm.

Each can handle 3x the capacity of my old drum filter.
This translates to a handling capacity of about 150m3 per hour at 20mgL suspended solids of >50um.

I guess I could breed soon hock or tilapia if food really becomes a problem due to covid.

View from the 2nd floor (from the ground)

Going to be aluminium framed glass panels enclosing the hall. Those are not in place yet. No thanks, Covid.
