Ranchus? lionhead?
hey guys!,...i went to an aquarium recently and saw what looks like Lionhead goldfishes to me,butthe shop calls it ranchus?
It lookedlike Lionhead,but seems to have a bigger stomach.. so......whats the difference?

interesting question....
haha....when I see a goldfish's head very big, I will call it lionhead question  . But then this is the wrong way to tell, anyone knows?

answer- ranchu canbe alsp classified as lionhead ranchu. but the main diff. is ranchus got no dorsal fin.

haha,......i went to another lfs near my home today and i saw among the big black ranchus in the tank there was a red/white small ranchu. It has a kind of an idiotic expression on his face that looked very cute and funny to me...LoL
And the way lionheads/ranchus open and close.....vice versa with their mouth is also veri cute to me.

RAnchu got lion head but dun hav dorsal fin and the back is curved 1. hope tis helped u
