Got fry or got flies?

I'm assuming you found young zebras; best to leave the set up as it is if they have spawned. Else, you will have to wait awhile for them to get settled again. :

Don't do anything to your tank setup.
just leave them alone.
redo your tank setup will affect their breeding mood..
cheers

Actually, there are mixed experiences with regards to changing the layout of your breeding tanks.
An overall change, not just the layout, may trigger an immediate breeding (moved from one tank to another) and on the other hand, there are others that reported total cease of spawning entirely.
So I guess it depends on a number of factors such as parameters, water flow, new females, less males, more males, etc and last but not least, luck.
