Use melafix.

But also check your water to determine what actually caused the cloudy eye

hi weiloong

firstly, welcome to AF.

the following is my perspective only yar ? on your query, you need to understand that having cloudy eyes does not necessarily equate to a 'need to fix it' moment. it could be a 'need to monitor it' for a while matter first.

during the monitoring period (say, coupla days):

a) if it gets worse - it is to be escalated to a 'need to fix it' action. This could involve medication but please research a bit more before application. Melafix is one option as proposed;

b) if it stays pretty much the same - just maintain good water parameters* and let the eye self heal. Dosing some* salt also helps.

hope you appreciate that there will be a higher margin of error in the 'medical diagnosis' here as compared to a diagnosis with supporting pictures of your aro.

keep us posted anyhow & good luck.

if the aro is active again it is a good sign. i would think the cloudy eye situation will slowly resolve - but keep monitoring.

the salt quantum ? i wont go full 3% which is the treatment level for other serious conditions. for 3x2x2, i'd apply a token amount - say about 1/2 coffee mug. this is for 1st time application and not the quantum to use every water change. you work out the maths.

anyway if you can post a pic that would help us all here as well.

Bro, a clip on your aro would be good.

Increase your wc frequency to every alternate day between 20 to 30%.

Reduce feeding.

Btw, 322 may not be big enough for the aro when it gets big.

this is very good advise. time to start planning about next steps already bcos 322 is not going to cut it as the final home for the aro.

WC or multi-cure will help.
Meanwhile, what's your bio load in the tank?
What about your medias?
