I would like to own a pig nose turtle. But the problem is how big can they grow will they grow very very fast?

Is there a miniature PNT???? That won't grow big ???

My tank is a 6ft tank able to house them comfortably....
But i need to know before i committed to it.

Shouldn't be a prob I guess. But make sure that the side of the tank is more than 3ft due to the size of a PNT is like of a wide military tank as compared to a fish that is like a flexible torpedo.

It's only pointed to 2 reasons. Poor water quality or growth.

The shell sheds it's skin annually for growth isn't a prob infact it's a good sign.
But if the underside of the turtle's shell is like bright pinkish red is could be a sign of a water quality problem. So observe and decide which is which.
